DJ Irene, Tim Lawson @ Spundae
I ran into Tim Lawson on the dance floor. Tim has been a friend of mine for a few years. A good guy that really knows how to rock the crowd when he applies himself. It has been a long time since I have seen Tim. In speaking with time, I found out that his birthday was actually some time away, though the flyer said that he was doing a "birthday set." Come to find out this was a symbolic birthday for him as he celebrated a 1 year of sobriety. So this was indeed a birthday for him. A birth into a new life. I gave Tim my best wishes and moments later he took to the decks and reminded us all why Tim Lawson was once of Spundae's best residents.
